My car was in shop over 3 weeks! Promise date came then recycled part unusable. When finally pickup the colors were obviously not a match. Had to leave another week. Finally picked up and the windshield wiper bottle cracked. Another week for part and repair Finally back. Looks good.

The customer service was amazing! Everyone was very nice, but my date got extended 3 times! And over the phone they said that it would be ready 3 different days, i didn’t have a rental car during this time and had troubles getting to work so you could imagine i was very eager. but it was just unfortunate how i would have my hopes up for a day and it just wasn’t ready and extended another week. Other than that everything was perfect.
