Communication through the process was excellent. I wasn’t expecting to get a loaner and it wasn’t a shitbox, so that was a surprise. I was in the car business for 10 years and can spot painted doors, fenders, etc really quickly. I was worried about the paint not matching but the match seems perfect so far. So I’m completely happy.

We knew that there were a lot of issues with parts, but our car was gone for two months. Otherwise, We were very impressed with the Ford Body Shop office people. They need some real appreciation! The troubleshooter mechanic came in and diagnosed our car quickly! They did a great job.
