Part of the repairs was the painting of the front bumper. The first time I was told the car is ready, I came to pick it up and was easily able to identify several defects and missing things. The paint in some parts of the bumper was like pealed off. It seemed that the car shop lacked quality checks and I felt my car had a careless and disrespectful treatment as if they don’t care about the customer. The bumper seemed to be painted while it was installed on the car. Then they took off the bumper and repainted it. It was much better, however when I came to pick it up the second time, I found the adaptive cruise control sensor was misplaced behind the bumper and also found a couple of paint drops dried at the bottom edge of the bumper. At the end everything was taken care of, I had to make my own checks when the shop professionals should have made theirs and delivered the car in expected and proper quality.
