Team did a tremendous job repairing our car after a hit and run left the driver’s side completely dented and scratched. Everyone is very nice, whether greeting you when you to enter to the techs that make repairs.

I have been to Auto Body of Vienna, now Metro Motor a few times, but am finally taking the time to write a review. The entire staff is so tentative, patient and friendly - each and every person. They are a great team and are good and sincere people. I would like to highlight, Kat, primarily for this review. For the entire process, end to end, from dealing with my insurance company, to the car rental, and status updates, Kat literally took over and gave me the luxe experience! She kept me up to date and did everything possible to get things done quickly. She is a hidden treasure in the auto body world and worked wholeheartedly to help me with my car! She is also a very sincere person and truly drips care and excellence at the same time. I told her I would only come to her shop, out of the way for me, because of her superior service. Yes, she's that amazing and I have told all of my friends about her and the entire staff at this location. She made the body shop work a pleasure, explained everything that was done and gave me a car that looked new inside and out. In our current world of chaos and crisis, I sincerely believe we need more Kats to help us with the smaller crises we have with our cars. I hope company rewards Kat in some way for going above and beyond the call of duty and leaving a lasting impression on me and making me a loyal customer. Thank you Kat!
