This was my first time going to Auto body of Vienna. After 30 years without an accident, I was not in touch with things when it comes to working with insurance or body shops. I went to Auto body of Vienna because it is one of State Farm's certified shops and has good reviews. My experiences were pretty good too. The accident happened right before Thanksgiving, Mike Masihenazare helped to check out the car through photos and informed the car was safe enough to drive through the long weekend. That was very helpful. After the Holiday weekend, the car was towed to the shop and it was done less than 2 weeks later. During the two weeks, communication was mostly with Cat (hopefully I spent her name correctly) and she was patient and helpful. She helped to take the car to next door for a State inspection for my convenience. Garit the manager was friendly and helpful too. He took the car to next door car shop for further checking on the non-body part of the work. Everybody's efforts were deeply appreciated, and I wish you all a wonderful Holiday season! L. Chen
