Told my car would be ready in 2-3 days, dropped car off on Monday and picked up car on Saturday. They told me on Thursday that they had made a mistake and ordered the wrong bumper and would not work with me on getting alternate transportation. Ending up renting a car out of pocket for additional days

I came to Metroopolitan because of a previous experience working with Andy. I did not receive the same level of service with Mia. I was disappointed in her communication, her not following through and the excuses she made to cover herself.
