My experience was very pleasant from the initial phone call scheduling me to come in for the adjuster to review the damage. I had read reviews where some customer said they had not so pleasant experiences but because of the location I decided to take a chance and have to say my experience was totally different. Everyone was friendly and professional and Tex, the adjuster assigned to my my repair case very helpful in answering questions that I had and keeping me up to date on my repair. When he wasn't available there are other team members that were just as helpful.

The repair work is fine, but there was a lot of delay and confusion when it came to contacting Nick about how the repairs were going, causing an extra day's worth of delay.
