The repair work is fine, but there was a lot of delay and confusion when it came to contacting Nick about how the repairs were going, causing an extra day's worth of delay.

Tex was our estimator and gets a 0 alone; he was horrible with communication. He would not return phone calls, he gave dates of when our car would be ready and it wasn’t- but the wouldn’t communicate. Instead he just dropped the ball and left me to call and figure it out on my own. Rachel however was an angel!! She gets a 10 be herself!!! She goes above and beyond her job and responsibilities. She truly cares about the customers.

I was promised 3 different dates re wrong part came then the day I did go to pick it up the passengers door locks did not work that was my concern when I brought it in each time I mentioned it to them both doors took a big hit and I couldn’t get them to lock Wouldn’t you know the door locks did not work when I pick my car up delays I more day However your Estimator did everything possible to get the issue corrected My Buick Encore looks great inside and out and yes i would definitely recommend Michael Jordan Collision
