The repair looks good but it took a lot longer than initially proposed. Also I was surprised to hear that you charge 3% of the entire amount due, when you use a credit card.

Working with MJC was a pleasure. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable about my vehicle repair and professional. They kept an open line of communication with me at all times(even when my insurer was being messy). They always answered the phone no matter how much I called and I was always able to speak with someone when I had questions or concerns. MJC repaired my vehicle in a timely manner and it looked professionally done once completed. I was so impressed with MJC. Thank you MJC family for your great work!! Now Rachel go put Tex in a headlock (for not sticking around so that I could shake his hand in person)😀 also thank him for me again for all his hard work on my behalf. You both are awesome 😎💯

I brought my car in for front bumper repair with no problems starting the car. Upon picking up my car, it appeared to be in pristine condition. Upon returning home, my car would not start again. I called the shop and was informed "my car wouldn't start on its own the whole time they were fixing it". However, my car had no battery problems prior to bringing the car into the shop. Additionally, no one ever called me from the shop to inform me that my car was having these "battery issues". My battery was only a few years old. I believe the shop left my car running the day I dropped it off, which completely drained my battery but they did not inform me because it was an error on their part. This ended up costing me an additional $270. I am extremely displeased with the customer service and will not be returning here.
