The people at Michael Jordan went above and beyond to treat me well! The car looks great. at first a message came up that I didn't understand, but the technician took it out for a drive and tested it and retested it and said everything looked fine and it has been fine! Everything's fine.

Tex was very professional and tooknthe tine to explained the entire process to me about my vehicle and what to expect as well as any work, which were delayed. I was mostly impressed with his response time of how he took time to return my calls and was very apologiztice when he was busy and meant to call me back to me that was very considerate and encouraging knowing that I was going to be taken care of. Even after the repairs was complete and my case was closed, he still took the time to answer my questions when I called him back with a particular concern that I had about my car and explained what I did not understand along with the warranty and explained to me what I can do to see if the problem I thought I had with my car can be resolved by doing a test drive and then if I am not satisfied, Tex was still willing to help me when he asked me to bring my car back and he will test drive my car with me to find out what I was talking about. So yes I am very well pleased not just with my repairs also with the service in which Tex provided. My car looks so good and new as if I just bought it. I would highly recommend other individuals to Tex. Thank you Tex for helping me and going above and beyond in providing great customer service to me.

The secretary at the front desk was not as friendly and she was short with the answers that she provided when I asked questions. When I came to the repair shop and asked her a question about receiving a text and saw online that my car was ready for pickup and complete, I asked her about what I received and she was short with her reponse. It wasn't the answer in which she provided it was the way she responded to the question. So the front desk secretary should be more courteous in the way she answers a customers question.

After I got home I got back in the car to go pick up my son and I heard a loud thump, when I tried to drive one of the lights would come on that looks like it maybe for traction control not sure what the light is but as I would go forward it would feel like the rear brake is kicking on and off. Not sure if I should drive this back to you guys or if it should be towed if you guys could give me a call in the morning on Monday I'd really appreciate it 919-619-8219 thank you -Josh
