Although my part took longer than expected to arrive, the communication throughout the entire process was excellent,consistent, clear, and reassuring. I was always able to reach someone when I needed assistance, which made a big difference. I had the pleasure of working with Josh and Rachel. Josh went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled properly and that I was completely satisfied with the results. Rachel was incredibly warm and welcoming, she felt like a long-lost friend from the very beginning. Hopefully, I won’t ever find myself in another accident, but if I do, this is absolutely where I’ll be coming back. The work done on my car was flawless, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.

Based on my experience with miscommunications, the tech not being on site at time of pick-up to ensure we were satisfied with the repair instead he (Tex) had left for the day and nor did he notify me the car was available for pick up. Also, the rental fees incurred because of missed deadlines are reasons I would not recommend your shop.

The customer service started out good but as time progressed the customer service became unsatisfactory. I felt they were angered because of my concern about the deadlines. It was important I was updated due to the rental contract. Fees were incurred on my behalf due to delay in finishing the repair. I feel strongly the charges should not have been directed to me.
