After repairs, the car was just like it was brand new again, both in appearance and performance. The team at Michael Jordan Collision, from Office Manager Rachel Hunt to the mechanics, were very professional, providing regular updates on progress, answering any questions I had, and coordinating with my insurance and car rental companies.That made the whole process easy for me. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing collision repairs. Naturally, I hope I won't need those services again, but if I do I will call Michael Jordan Collision.

Cannot stress enough how wonderful this experience was. Rachel was so helpful and talked me through everything even as I was very confused. I received consistent updates about my car status, they easily coordinated a rental car, and my car looks good as new. I am so grateful!
