Josh was horrible. All other staff 10 out 10. Josh was 0 out of 10. He never walked around the vehicle with me on drop off or pickup. Yet other white customers received this from the black representative. I watched this each time I came. Robert was awesome. Front desk gave excellent customer service. Josh came out and repeated what the front desk Representative g had already stated. He did not wait for Robert to bring my car around and review the repairs with me. All stated that was different was not to wax the car for 30 days and walked away.

The woman at the reception desk is amazing! Went out of her way to help with my tires that needed air offered to help with one of the smart mechanisms, she was funny and sweet and so helpful. Tex was also incredibly helpful very communicative and thorough. I would definitely use this shop again.

Mike Walker was unresponsive and uncommunicative in updating me about the work on my car. I wasn’t able to pick it up until a week after it was supposed to be done; I had to call every day to get any updates about why it wasn’t ready yet.
