My hybrid suv was returned with a drained battery. Clearly your company doesn't understand how hybrid vehicles work. They run of a fully charged battery! Not only did I have to call several times to get updates, but When it was promised it wasn't finished. Most dier fact is the battery dying on me, while my vehicle was in your business possession and you did not taking care of it, which is devastating and I'm disappointed in the outcome. Don't ask me to refer you to anyone.

My hybrid was returned with a drained battery, my back passenger door won't lock/latch, leaving me with a false sense of security. It was promised back a week prior to date of pick up. It was messy when returned.
