The body work is excellent. I did ask them to detail the inside dash & front seats which was not done. When we got hit, coffee went everywhere. I’ll have to wait until spring to do it so the seats can dry.

Communication was lacking and incorrect. At time of quote, was told it should take 1-2 days. I did not receive any communication about the status of my vehicle after it was there 2 full days. Called twice to get a status and was given information about a completely different vehicle.

The people were all very kind and speedy with responses. I am happy with how flawless the car looks after all that. The reason for the low score is because as soon as I turned on the car, my engine light came on. I have never had that come on and am confused as the repair should have just been body work.
