Quality of the repair is very good. My vehicle was in the Midwest Collision shop for 12 days. This is more than twice what I expected, and seems excessive, given the amount and type of repair.

The people were very nice and the work looks great, my only issue is that I was told that have it in 2 to 3 days and when they called me up to tell me, they found some more things that needed fixing. They neglected to tell me that it was going to take substantially longer. Originally, I was told 2 to 3 days and it was over a week before I could pick it up. So my only suggestion to Midwest is that they informed the customer how much longer it’s going to take to accomplish the task other than that, they were extremely nice.

Wonderful job Midwest is highly recommended by me and they stand by their work warranties as long as you own the car. One minor thing to finish but they do outstanding work. And the staff is polite that makes a great difference when you are going through something not knowing the outcome. Thank you for taking care of me.
