Marc was very knowledgeable. Talked to the repair center. They ordered the parts. I took car in & it was fixed within 1-2 hours. I was busy looking at new cars so it went quick. Car was ready & im glad I went to your dealership. I did not know y’all were there. I never go to that side of town, but I happen to And I put in repairs and my doctors ZIP Code and you came up. I’m so thankful everyone was so nice and kind and helpful.

I would have given 10 as the repair of the truck looks great. I trust that the repair was done the correct way. In between the lack of communication was somewhat frustrating, and this is something that can easily be fixed.

The communication and service from the collision center team was great. I was informed every step of the way during the repair process. However, when I received my car back I noticed that my retractable cargo cover was removed. The back of my car did not need anything repaired so I am confused as to why it’s missing. That’s my only complaint about the experience.
