Many of the parts are after market parts. Unnecessarily ripped off the car, removed both front doors, now the sound of closing doors are different, my video camera is lost, and it took 50 days to repair just the body, the antenna case was open with no reason, I am completely disappointed and dissatisfied with work Mike Calvert Toyota did on my car and I will never recommend you to anyone. I will also write a review based on my experience.

- 50 unnecessary days of hold up to change the rear sides of the car. - Replaced many of the original, undamaged items with after market items. - Not sure they have removed any original items from the engine. Car had engine issue. - Cut open the trunk and welded for no reason remove original parts. . - Did not reassemble parts properly. - The inside of the car was completely dirty. - Missing stuff left in the car. - After-service inspection application is in progress. - will never recommend Mike Calvert body shop to anyone.

It took 3 months to repair the vehicle. I was without my own transportation for that long. Mike Calvert did not offer a loaner car or an affordable rental. The man said $70/wk was the lowest cost. No consideration was given to my needs while it took 3 months to repair my car. No consideration given that Iam an over 25 year who use Mike Calvert to purchase, service or repair vehicle. I've been loyal to Mike Calvert but Mike Calvert was not loyal to me. Collision Dept totally disappointed me
