Absolutely awful customer service. Long wait due to insurance negotiations 3 weeks after time vehicle was ready to be released. I requested my vehicle be serviced with my Toyota care and was told this could be done. They even requested I come it at later like 12 noon. Inaccurate information amongst pricing, had to get management involved. Paid $402 additional past my deductible, but agreed due to being without my vehicle an extended period. Overall, just felt like a number and not cared for.
