For the most part I am satisfied but a little upset the panel of my driver door were cracked.. But my car looks great! It felt so good to be back in it. Customer service was excellent! And shot to David in Collision for being Excellent!

I am very satisfied with my repair experience. From the day I went to drop off my car at Mike Calvert Toyota and was welcomed by Mr. Tom that made the experience pleasant even for my rental to the day I went to pick up my car I was being updated the repair by him and was totally informed. I trust Mike Calvert Toyota that why I wanted my car to be fixed there but was not expecting an excellent job like this. I am so happy to see my car. Thank you so much Mr. Tom and your team. Great Job!!!

The repair color does not match the original color of the car and it was in the shop for almost 3 weeks. Now I'll have to bring it back to have the work done again.

The team of body shop: Arturo, Sarah, Nanette and Tyler, are very user friendly. When I need a help, they are all happy to assist. It will be even better if there’s a better communication method or periodically status update similar to vehicle service department.

So disorganized! We had a guy come and tell us what was happening. Looked at the car and told us how to proceed. Then a lady came with a different energy that was so no customer friendly. Saying oh we have new people and they don’t know what to do. My question was why was he helping us in the first place. Her approach was just wrong. I didn’t like it at all! Then we talked to someone the day before about the rental car. The guy said oh we will call , then she came and said they don’t have a record of you. Well how did they call her?? Then instead of her fixing the problem, I just drove my daughter there. SMH just too much going on and nothing happening!
