I empty the gas tank and leave them full; that's theft. The paint has many imperfections and goes, They left the fuel cap improperly fitted. They left some minor additional damage to the car body.,They delivered the car to me dead, with the battery completely discharged. When I asked for help charging the battery, they made excuses, saying they didn't have a charger, and that's completely false. The rear windows of my Toyota Sienna minivan are damaged; they won't go up or down. And they never fixed the security problem with the door, which is important for safety. In short, very poor service.

I took my car in for undercarriage inspection of for damage location. They don’t the drive to make things happen smooth. If I have to call a shop to check status- that’s a communication problem, I don’t like.
