Mike Montgomery Auto is a second generation, family owned and operated business. For over 20 years, we have offered complete auto collision and body repairs and refinishing, including glass replacement/repair, detailing, towing, alignments and free estimates. We also have a full-service mechanical facility on-site with 7 automotive lifts and 4 ASE Certified mechanics on duty where we do all mechanical repairs and alignments in-house. We work with all insurance companies and provide rental car service through Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Our collision repairs come with a Lifetime Warranty. Our goal is to provide high quality repairs on a timely basis. We provide a high level of customer communication throughout the repair process including text and email messaging with vehicle owners.

Both windows leak. U have to open the doors to get the windows to close the gaskets were not installed correctly l had to put down the passenger window in order to open the door you need to fix them or give me a refund

I would recommend the mechanical side of the business for sure. My opinion of the body shop side currently could use to be improved. Simply the attention to details before the customer picks up their vehicle.

I had the drivers side doors and fender repainted. These turned out well but due to an oversight the tailagate that was supposed to be painted at the same time was missed and we had to schedule that for another time. I had the tailgate repaired and painted by the body shop. The paint had 3 bumps in it that to me looked like dirt bumps under the paint but I was told to bring it back and they would buff out. New Black chevrolet lettering was placed on the tailgate and the o was upside down, the H was very crooked and the t was crooked as well. I asked if there was a way to fix it but was told new would have to be ordered and someone would try again so again my truck needs to come back. Lastly a new drivers side window was installed replacing the factory window that was scratched in the accident. The new window isn't sealing correctly and there is a lot or wind and rain noise being produced driving down the road. I was told they can look at it when I bring the truck back in to have the tailgate paint and letters fixed. I'm thankful that Montgomerys is trying to make it right but at the same time I'm going to be out my truck again for atleast another day.

bob was in charge of dealing with my car. he was super nice and professional and the work looks great! the only problem i had was there was no communication or updates about the status of my car and that could be because another party was handling repairs. i highly recommend Montgomery body shop!!
