Mikes auto body you did a spectacular job in repairing my car with body work from my accident. I’m so so dazzled in how my car was returned looking beautiful inside and out! Amy I thank you so much for keeping me well informed as to my car status from email to phone call! So kind to and professional. Thank you for helping me remain non stressed about my car! I really like this shop & the repairs they've done the two times I've used them, however, the paint job was slightly marred this time around which is why I have to take a point away. It looks good from a few feet away but up close I noticed the paint had ran in a section. Not bad enough for me to have shop redo the job esp. since my car is older but still a little disappointing.

I was completely satisfied with Mike's. The only thing that I was unsatisfied with, and why I rated an 8 earlier in this survey, was wishing that the party contracted to refinish the rim damaged in this accident was able to more closely match the three other existing rims. Because it could not be, I think that my insurance should have covered the refinishing of the three undamaged wheels so that my vehicle was truly returned to pre-accident condition (with 4 matching rims) which is what I pay every month to insurance for. Unfortunately, my expectation is clearly too great for Nationwide. None of this was a Mike's issue.

The quote was corrected to fix the clear coat which prevents future color fading and rust.

All communication was via email and phone calls. My only slight disappointment was when I did not hear from them and when I called, the young man said that he spoke with my husband and my husband said that he never spoke or heard from them. It’s ok to miss an update, just ensure that the facts provided are accurate.
