They didn't get ahold of me when the work was complete. Nationwide called me and told me it was ready. That's the only complaint. They do great work.

Searching for a new auto body repair shop as my long time previous service provider was sold. I needed some front end repair due to a deer strike. Mike's examined my vehicle damage thoroughly and provided an accurate and reasonable estimate of repair costs. The work was completed in a timely manner and to a good quality. The people were very pleasant and professional to interact with. I will use Mike's again if I have an auto body repair need.

The repairs were great and it looks good but I wish they would have painted the front section with the damage on it. Not sure if it was just missed or if the insurance wouldn't pay to have it painted.
