The communication and honesty from Mike’s was second to none and the transparency about pricing was very much appreciated. The vehicle was returned to me looking better than it did when I dropped it off and I mean that prior to the accident it looks absolutely brand new and I couldn’t be more pleased. I really appreciate the extra vacuuming on the areas they could clean as well.

The process of having my MINI repaired was seamless from start to finish. Office staff was polite and helpful. The techs did a great job. You can’t tell there was any damage to the car. Plus it was cleaner when I picked it up than it was when I dropped it off. I will definitely give Mike’s my business in the future and recommend the shop to others. Thank you.
