I made all the reach out calls to get updates from Mikes. I had only expected the truck to be there for a day or two they had it over a week. This assumption was based on the quote I had received form Ourisman as they were going to make repairs while I waited.

They did an amazing job on my car! Everyone there was friendly and answered all my questions , kept me posted on my cars progress. And they worked with my insurance co! I highly recommend Mike’s Auto Body .

The hood doesn’t line up how it used to when closed due to the small piece in front of the hood that was replaced. There is also a new scratch on my rear drivers side door that was not there. My steering wheel also has small chunks of the leather that are missing that was not there. For the most part, the body work that was replaced looks great. I’m OCD so I notice all these new imperfections. I am happy with the work done but I wish there wasn’t these new imperfections. Also my vehicle was delayed because certain parts were ordered but weren’t Japanese.
