The work was done well on the body. I can’t even see where the damage was. The glass is ever so slightly misaligned less than an eighth of an inch. I’d have given a 10 but for this.

Milani’s is particularly customer oriented. Parts did not take forever to be obtained thanks to strong relationships with nearby car dealers and suppliers. They work very well with insurance companies on behalf of customers. Even the detailing they do on cars after completing repairs is refreshingly top notch. Finally, the front office with Steve and Joe builds trust. Unlike large, impersonal repair shops and dealers, Milani customers are treated like real people, not just one more transaction to push through.

My car looks great! Milani’s was so helpful in doing a same day quote and facilitating my rental car. The only problem was misinformation about when my car would be done. The painter had a health issue and needed time off but I was told the car would be ready sooner than it was. With that said, I would not hesitate to go back there if I need auto body work done in the future.

Regarding the recent vehicle repair at Milani's Autocraft. As always the service was excellent! Milani's was able to obtain the parts for my car on the same day I brought it in and they had the car ready for me the next day. They offered me a rental but I did not need one. They are an old time Marin business that has managed to maintain great service throughout the many years they have been in business. My Grandfather and Father had their cars serviced by Milani's so I'm a third generation customer. My son will one moving to Marin in July and he will become a fourth generation customer! Thanks Again!
