The original repair only took a day but I had to return a few days later. When the shop replaced the bumper cover, the person who washed it scuffed it. The staff didn’t realize it until I was there to pick up the car. They quickly addressed the issue and ordered an additional cover and replaced it a few days later.

Why wasn’t I able to use MyChevrolet Rewards since the parts were purchased from Miles? I was told I could use them at Service but not at the Collision Center.
