Everyone was extremely efficient and courteous. While it took, longer than originally thought, I know it was due to unavoidable delays that were not under the Collision Centers control. Appreciated the email updates.

The bumper was fixed but the front plate caved was supposed to be replaced and it was obviously not even looked at.

Just one thing that may be more important to you than me. I first noticed that a "bag of bags" I had on the floor in the back for recycling had been gone through and left scattered on the back seat. I thought that was strange. Then a few days ago I went to Aldi's and noticed that my "Aldi's quarter" (to rent the cart) was missing from the area between the two front seats. I know it was there when I dropped off the car to you, as my husband said, "Is there anything valuable in the car?" I just answered, "Only that quarter." I left it there. I ALWAYS lock my car when out and about. I don't need the quarter, but thought you might like a heads-up about it and any possible future trends that may occur. These things happen, I am very well aware. Everything else was great. You guys still come highly recommended by me! JM

All the body repair was done to satisfaction and the paint blending was fine. The reason for the low rating is because my car had custom stripes added by a local shop in town with an excellent reputation, the car was sent to that shop to replace the stripes. When I picked up the car after Miles said they were done I noticed that the stripes at the door edge were damaged so I immediately brought the car to the shop that installed the stripes and they verified that they were not like that when Miles picked up the car so I showed the flaws to repairman in charge and said it didn't have any flaws when he was done but I talked to the man who did finishing buffing and he said he nicked them. So basically I was called a liar by the guy in charge and when you know you don't and didn't lie luckily I didn't end up in jail. And on another note my car was last one he did before quitting at Miles Chevrolet Decatur Illinois.
