I am very impressed with the staff at the collision center. I don't ever want to have a vehicle repaired due to a collision, but if I have a choice, I will always choose Miles. It was especially nice to receive repair updates via text message as well as the collision repair shop worked directly with the insurance company when additional funds were necessary to complete the repair. My car is in perfect working order (in fact, the exterior was cleaner when I picked it up than when I brought it in)!

I really appreciated the updates and also doing an inspection walk around before l left. I did not notice two elongated scratches on the side of the car until l got home. I signed the release form so is it too late to bring in. I don't know if they are too deep to be buffed out

They excellent job with my truck. And keeping me informed. The ladies run Miles collision dept. My previous experience with Miles was not that precise. They really bent over backward.

No matter who I talked to they all had wonderful customer service. They were all friendly and I truly appreciate it. They got our car and worked on it almost immediately and finished it in my opinion quite quickly. Picked up the care and I was very satisfied with how our car looked. They did an amazing job. The repair work has always been top notch. I've always had excellent results. However, the last visit resulted in a few dents in the door frame that was either caused in service or during the repair work. The autobody manager looked at the damage and took pictures and was going to get with the service manager and get back to me with a phone call. It's been over a week and I've still not received that call. In Miles defense, I didn't notice the dents until I drove home from the autobody and opened the door to get out. Before I even stepped out they were very noticeable in the garage lighting. They were definitely not there before I took my vehicle in for service. I called the autobody immediately and drove right back for verification.
