This has been a rough road since my accident. Miles stayed in contact with me, especially Melissa. During this whole mess, I lost my father. They were very understanding and very helpful even though my car couldn’t be fixed because it had to be totaled. I appreciate miles collision center more than they know.

The dent in the side is now a small dent and large scratch. Not much of a repair. The top looks good and that’s about it. The rest of the work is questionable at best.

Definitely telling people to go elsewhere I’ve had nothing but bad experiences with the work from miles. I’ll pay for the work, and can not stand unfinished work I pay for. The dent was still in the door from the tree and was part of the estimate and claim.
