We started last week with notifications that my vehicle repairs will be completed on Tuesday August 11th. This was an automated message sent to me Am my insurance company in error. The error was not rectified until I called Tuesday evening to inquire about the status. My vehicle was made available to me on Friday afternoon at 4 o’clock. I picked up my vehicle on Friday. It was bright and sunny. It was very difficult to see. But I did notice some paint flaws then. I also noted a strong odor in the cab as I was leaving. Saturday morning out of direct sunlight I was able to better assess the quality of the work. There are numerous paint flaws, drips, bubbles, masking errors, and paint on trim. The hood appears to be installed crooked. And also on Saturday morning, I noted a very strong odor of cigarettes in the cab of the truck. I am completely dissatisfied with the work provided by Miller’s auto body. It is a poor quality, paint job and fitting of parts that will devalue the vehicle. I also noted on the tracking software for the vehicle that another facility carried out repairs. Please contact me to discuss a resolution.

I was very satisfied with the repair and the people that work there at the front desk were very respectful and friendly and when my vehicle was done they cleaned it real good and then the manager came out and told me some stuff that needs to be done to the vehicle I told him if they accept car shield and he said yes so as soon as I can I will go back and get my vehicle repaired more often there but I do appreciate all the work that y'all did and I'm very satisfied and I would tell other people about you thank you so very much
