Miller's Auto Body, located in the heart of Houston, provides quality auto body and collision repair services to the Greater Houston Area. We provide towing service, customer pick-up and vehicle delivery. We practice the guidelines set forth by the Better Business Bureau policy and we are also actively involved in the community as a member of the Chamber of Commerce. Our technicians are I-Car trained and our facility is an I-Car gold certified shop.

There is a ticking noise when I turn left or right. Iâm not satisfied with this repair as there was no noise made prior to the accident.

The repair was good paint matched and they did what they could with the aftermarket parts they had to use with my Esurance didnt like how at first they tried to tell me they didnât remove something when they did and I had to go back but the fixed it not perfect but at least the bug deflector isnât just hanging. Update emails when in repair were bogus not actual because my vehicle was not ready till 5 days later

Vehicle body repair took 1 1/2 weeks to complete after having been told it would be 3 days tops. Miller's has many bad reviews. Taking longer than what people have been told is the norm per the reviews. The repair itself was sub par. I know our vehicle very well and the body of our vehicle was returned to us with scrapes and scratches that had not been there before. Our passenger seat had 3 small tears in the leather and it was returned you us with with a large tear and two larger tears. In other words, all the tears were much larger. Our vehicle was also returned to us with a small amount of flourescent paint on a portion of the body that was not a part of the repair. The staff themselves were very friendly and that is the only plus i can say about Miller's.
