I appreciate finding a used mirror to reduce the repair cost. The only thing I would change is to that I wanted a separate estimate for the mirror and quote with all the repairs. I did get the verbal price though so I moved forward even though I like detailed billing. I also appreciate the owner being there when I picked up the car. I will use your shop again if we find ourselves needing repairs. Thanks again, Mike Wood
