Thought BK was bring out the wrong car it looked so much better! Pearl is amazing how she keeps up with everything in the office and on the phone. This car took some time to get all the part but BK kept in touch regularly with the status.

Because the paint matched well, I would say that was good. However, from my initial visit and agreement to drop the vehicle off, there was confusion by the initial estimator who was no longer with the company when I went to drop the vehicle off, causing me to postpone the repairs another week and rearrange my schedule with work twice.

The chipped paint on the hood was either not sanded or filled properly. You can still see the chipped areas but the paint overall looks good and matches the body well. There is overspray on the sunroof and still colored marks on the roof rails depicting which side of the roof they went on. I would’ve expected that to be cleaned up prior to picking up the vehicle.
