They did an ok job, but there are a lot of things I didn't like that I couldn't see until it was washed.

Felt like I was being done a favor the whole time. We came to see if this is where we wanted to go and customer service was great until we no longer had the car in our possession. Never had a car in a shop that long and it felt drawn out. The damage wasn't extensive for how long it was out.

I am so grateful and blessed to have taken my vehicle there with you. The owner himself brought me a car on a Saturday because the car I had something alarm went off he didn’t have to do that my Michael or the guy that took care of me he didn’t faithfully called every Tuesday and Thursday. This was our second time with Miracle. The first time they were able to take care of our deductible as what they advertised. This time I made sure to ask the staff about the deductible and he absolutely confirmed that they will take care of it. But when we claimed back our car they only gave us $100 even after talking to the manager(because it was only $50 to begin with). We even found dirty gloves on the car floor. Do not give us false and misleading information. Just be honest to your customers. You can call me if you have to.
