After thinking that Miracle only worked on wrecked vehicles. I spoke with Pearl and she directed me to Juan. They were helpful and friendly and very informative. After viewing my car, Juan searched for my necessary parts and scheduled my appointment. The work required was only the replacement of clips to hold a trim piece that kept popping out. He explained everything I needed to know about the history of my car. I knew it had been in a previous accident and he explained where the previous work was done. Everyone was professional, helpful and above all, friendly. 5 Stars.

Although the repairs were completed satisfactorily, it did take a very long time. I realize we had issues with the insurance. I appreciate the rental car that covered the time our vehicle was being repaired.

10 Customer service was over the top from before dropping the vehicle off to picking it up! Everything was explained and there were no surprises. Pearl and Michael C were the folks I mainly worked with. What a sweet blessing to get my car back better than it was before the accident. I highly recommend Miracle Auto Body.
