Only half the repair was done, the blend looks like crap, there are literally BUBBLES in the crear coat where the repair was completed and we were told “your husband didn’t show us the other side, he never pointed out the damage” I was also told I would need to contact my insurance for any supplement. NOT MY JOB that of the job of the body shop, especially when said shop is a direct repair provider for said insurance company.

Not my job/responsibility to contact my insurance for supplements from a direct repair provider. I was not told about the 3% charge to pay with my card until the day before my vehicle was complete, seeing as this is an insurance claim, there should have been no additional cost to me, other than the one part I opted to have replaced that was not included in the loss. The lady I showed the missed damage to was condescending and rude. I will not be going back. Will be going to a different shop from now on, even for the corrective repairs. This is a shame because I have used this shop for all other repairs in the past.

Missile drive is amazing. Always professional and the body work on our vehicles amazing. I have taken my vehicle to Lennox and was not satisfied so we went to missile drive auto body . It was night and day from the customer service to the body work. Missile drive is definitely in it to make their customers to feel like there the only ones. They go over and beyond
