The repair was near perfect but I had a huge issue getting back on the schedule after they canceled my appointment they also didn’t repair the dents and scratches in the doors that was included in the original estimate. Lastly the job was supposed to take 3/4 days instead I was vehicleless for 10 days since they didn’t prepare and have the needed parts in before my vehicle and then got damagaed parts

The office canceled my original appointment for parts back order but the. Never called to reschedule I called 3 times each time was told I’d get a call back once they heard from the vendor but the call never came only to find out they didn’t even take down my number correctly to call back. They also offered no help after having my vehicle for an extra 5 days due to bad part management

Due to the issues with the paint and the door handle. The dirt and the drip are not going a way.

Clear coat dripping from handle leaving a trail. The fender was not clean before being painted so dirt particles are trapped under the paint and it's visible.In the wheel well not all of the screws/clips were replaced. We had to purchase and replace 3 on our own.

Everything seems to have been repaired as expect. My license plate however did not fair so well. There is a half moon shape cut out of it. I am fairly sure this would have been noticed by the technician when it occurred and would have expected this to have been reported to me when I picked it up.

I am very pleased with the work that was done on my RAV4. The fender and back look beautiful. It appears to me that the inside was detailed so I thank you for that extra effort. Also, I didn’t know that you close at 3 on Friday and I arrived later. You kindly stayed open so I could pick up my car before the weekend. This thoughtful act was greatly appreciated.
