Only complaint is that I was supposed to drop off a 2nd vehicle when i picked up my 1st vehicle. After i got there they said they couldnt take the 2nd vehicle because they got behind as a result of a recent snow storm. I totally understand why the delay but would have been nice to know that before I took extra time off work to get the 2nd vehicle washed before going down and so I could have made arrangements for getting a ride to pick up the 1st vehicle in advance.
