disappointed with the experience unfortunately. When bringing car to get my window fixed I was told to cancel my insurance claim by the employee helping me there since it would be way less than my deductible. I was also told it would be no longer than fri-Saturday for my car to be ready, (dropped it off Wednesday) Thank god I didn’t listen to the employee that told me to cancel my insurance claim for window.. I tried to call Saturday to see what’s going on with car since employee said by Saturday at the latest.. he failed to tell me they are closed weekends… i call Monday afternoon since I didn’t hear anything since Wednesdays drop off, for them to say they still don’t have the window and my bill it’s more than my insurance deductible now. When I asked the employee if he remembered what we talked about, he interrupted me and said” I know what I said to you”… he kept bringing up my rental car agreement several times saying don’t worry about it your insurance is covering a rental and would proceed to provide the amount of days I had left.. then calls me Tuesday to say my car will be ready the afternoon and my rental agreement is now over the next day… all the information this specific employee decided to tell me throughout this whole experience was just confusing and seemed to be the opposite of how everything went down. When leaving told me they had to take my seats out to clean and so on… I still found glass in my car under the seat on the passenger side in the back…. Disappointing experience. Only positive thing was they seemed friendly
