Hello, I have to two reasons why I gave an 8 instead of a 10. First, the entire bumper was repainted, but the bumperetts were not, and if not in the scope of work, I would have liked a call and given an option for me to pay out of my own pocket to have them painted. Second, the left rear tail light was suppose to get replaced, but due to operational rules, one was not found and the owner was suppose to look into how it was going to be replaced, but I still hadn’t received any information regarding the replacement.
