My experience with Mitchell’s exceeded my expectations. I was worked in early due to my car struggling to stay intact while driving back and forth to work. They stopped what they were doing to check out my situation and then immediately helped me through the entire process effortlessly. After the inconvenience of an auto accident and all the phone calls to insurance, it was so nice to have this part of the situation go so smoothly! Highly Recommend!

Completely satisfied with the body work and paint matching the rest of the car. Only thing I am unhappy about is that my original Dodge floor mats in front were missing and replaced with aftermarket ones that didn’t match

They did a great job on the repair but that is all. Customer service was terrible, length of time they kept my wifes car was ridiculous. About 6 weeks. The actual price was more than twice there preliminary estimate. They did not keep us updated at all. We will never use them again and will never recommend them either.
