As I mentioned, a quick check of the work, pulling on the bumper which I did revealed the issue. When I brought it to their attention they realized they had forgot a clasp. They need to check their work. This was an obvious issue, not clear how they’re quality controlling the work they do.

The repair wasn’t done right. The bumper of the car wasn’t correctly attached to the frame. This was easily noticeable when I just lightly pulled on the edge of the bumper when I came to pick up the car, it clearly wasn’t fastened correctly. They realized that they forgot a clasp when installing the bumper. Even a basic check of the work done would have shown that the bumper they were paid to replace and install wasn’t done correctly. They were very nice about rectifying but if they’re missing simple obvious issues with their work like this what else is incomplete or not thoroughly and correctly done? -Mark

My only dissatisfaction had to do with Audi and the very complicated electronics which impacted Lang's on-time performance. Lang's did everything possible to correct the problem and minimize any inconvience.
