I was happy to go to Lang's because I wanted to support a local Brookfield business. As I said the body work was beautiful, however I had a lot of disappointment with the state of the car when I picked it up

The body work that was done was beautiful. However we have the following concerns. When we picked up the car which was late after hours, there was almost zero gas in the car. The car WAS NOT low on gas when it was bought in. It took over 16 gallons to fill it, the tank only holds 16.9 gallons. If the tank needed to be drained for repair work it should have been refilled. Second, two new tires were required on the passenger side. I spoke specifically with Lang's about putting both new tires on the back and moving the older tires to the front. this was not done. As soon as we drove the car above 40 mph a shimmy occurred. the car is not driveable at highway speeds. We are bringing it in to Town Fair tire in hopes that balancing and alignment may resolve this. Why was this not done at Lang's? Third, I would have expected that normal practice in doing a job like this that while making the one area look like "new" that maybe the rest of the car might be detailed (washed and buffed) as a show of pride in the work. However the rest of the rest of the car was covered in dust and dirt. I feel like the minimal possible was done to get this car back to us. We have not been really able to drive since picking it up because of the vibration, so I don't really feel like we got our car back yet even though it is in the driveway .
