Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I appreciated the updates on the repair of my car. It was very convenient that enterprise was right in the lobby and I was able to get a rental right away. My car was returned to me earlier than the promised date which was fantastic. Overall, this was by far the best experience I have had when dropping off my car.

Well, I love how I was kept inform at all time, where you were in the process. Outstanding.. Michael Nguyen was professional and kept me inform at all time. The repair timeline was 50% longer then initially quoted and when the car was suppose to ready last week and we received the following email: "Hi George, We are nearing completion. The last mile is the toughest! If there are any delays, we will call you right away. Thank you, Momentum BMW" We received no call.
