Waited a very long time initially to talk to the representative when I first arrived on site (I had spoken to insurance and him prior to arriving). The receptionist repeatedly paged for him with no response until I loudly commented to another customer and another employee physically went and tracked down the right person for me. Overall, my assigned representative was not helpful. I was travelling and had problems getting cell reception and he had attitude about me calling/emailing him asking for status updates. Further, it was very annoying to get constant updates to the estimate (the estimate more than doubled from the initial estimate - and by that time I had already sunk in a bunch of money. My decision would have been different if I had known the entire cost going in).
