The side of the car had to be painted and blended, if they had had touched up a few of the minor scratches as well, then it epuld have been 10 on quality.

The beginning was great. Lots of communication, but as the repair went longer than the anticipated date, I started to receive calls from the onsite rental companh to see how much longer I was going to have the car. I had no information to give them.
