This was my wife's first fender bender. I personally called 3 repair shops in Chillicothe and got the runaround before calling Monroes and speaking with AJ. He was awesome! I went straight to them for the same day estimate. He called and set us up for a rental and had everything ready for us when we went in. Dropped our car off there same day and they got it completed quickly. Highly recommend!

They told me 2 wks at the latest for repairs ended up being 3 wks. I had to call to find out this information . Had to take it back next day for a mud flap cover that they didn’t get in before leaving with car. Pleased with the paint & body work.

New bumper looks great, it is unfortunate that we could've get a total fix done just yet, but that's no fault to Monroe's, it's a discontinued part, that apparently rusts out on all these trucks in Ohio lol.
