After they were "finished" and we picked up the vehicle we immediately noticed that overspray completely covered the vehicle. Since they were closing the shop when we picked it up, I returned the next day to show them the overspray, the gouge in the 'new' bumper and the scratch in the rear driver side door that wasn't there when it was towed from my house. I was told the shop was full and was asked to bring it back at the end of the week. Also, the interior door trim was cracked, there were dark dirty finger prints on the inside and the exterior chrome trim on the bottom of the passenger door was now loose.
